How Much Water Should You Be Drinking?

Although the kids are starting to get close to heading back to school, the summer is not over and it is hot out! It is crucial to your health that you make sure you are drinking enough water.


We have a nifty little equation for you to make it really simple to make sure you are indeed drinking enough water.


Body weight (in oz.) / 2 = the amount of water in oz you should be drinking EACH DAY!


Of course… the more the merrier :)
